My approach combines advanced qualifications with decades of real-world experience. Holding a Level 5 in Food and Nutrition, a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and currently completing my Master’s (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, I bring a unique blend of elite sports science and holistic health to your program.
